Rs 25000/- as advance to be paid on the day of hall booking. The advance amount is absolutely non-refundable in any situation. In any case of cancellation of booking, the advance amount has to be paid again. Adjustment of the advance is not allowed.
The above rates are exclusive of applicable government taxes. Any amendments in the taxes will be applicable to the offered rate.
Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity with address at the time of check-in. This could be a Passport and a valid Visa (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter Id Card or Aadhaar Card.
Pan Card will not be accepted as proof of identity
Due amount has to be cleared 7 days prior to the event date.
An amount of Rs 10000/- has to be deposited as ‘Security Deposit’ 7 days prior to the programme. The same would be refunded a day after the programme. In case of any damage caused , the cost will be deducted from the Security Deposit
Generator facility is available in case of power-failure.
Any kind of Musical Instrument/DJ arrangement/ bursting fire crackers is prohibited within the building premises.
During booking, every 24-hour day will be strictly calculated from 06:00 A.M. of the booking day till 06:00 A.M. of the next day.
The booking party shall have no right to seek any refund of any amount paid to the hotel as an advance, in case the booking is cancelled
Postponed, due to any unforeseen happening like war, riots, civil unrest, pandemic or an act of God or any other reason whatsoever.
Use of firecrackers and road bans will not be allowed inside the hotel premises.
Should the actual number of guests increase by over 10% over the guaranteed number, there would be an additional surcharge of 20% on the rate applicable. This additional charge would be applicable for all guests over 110% with no exception at all. The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to the minimum quantity will not attract any further discount.
The hotel would not be responsible for any loss. It is advised that you use the safe in the room for storing valuables.
The hotel does not accept any responsibility or liability of any nature including financial or otherwise in case of an accident of any contractual staff who is employed by the customer in the hotel in relation to tenting, stage/structure fabrication.
Electricity consumption will be charged as per CESC rate.
